2.What documents do I need to prepare?

Please prepare and submit the following:

Completed registration form ECDA subsidy form (to complete & return) ECDA subsidy acknowledgement (for e-signature) A copy of your child’s Immunisation Record

The following can be brought along to the school for verification only:

Child’s Birth Certificate Child’s Passport (if applicable) Child’s Dependant Pass / Long Term Visit Pass (original required for verification) Parents’ NRIC / Passport + Employment Pass / Dependant Pass

3.What additional information will I receive?

Upon registration, you’ll receive:

School Calendar – to help with planning family holidays and smooth transitions for your child. Uniform Order Form

4.Who can pick up my child?

For safety, parents are required to complete the Authorised Person Form.

A digital photo of each authorised person must be submitted. These will be uploaded to our school app for security purposes only. Prompt and timely update to these records are necessary to ensure children’s safety. i.e change of helper etc.

5.How is my personal data protected?

In line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), all personal information and documents submitted (including photographs of authorised persons) will be collected, used, and stored solely for school, regulatory, and security purposes.

Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Access to your data is strictly limited to authorised school personnel.
